Iraq War Anniversary Events

In observance of the 4th Anniversary of the Invasion of Iraq, the North Dakota Peace Coalition and UND Peace Studies presents:

The Human Cost of War

Tuesday, March 20th, 2007 | 10:00am - 4:00pm
Loading Dock, UND Memorial Union, Grand Forks

An interactive exhibit that examines the impact the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have had on civilians, soldiers, and the global community. Films and images, a letter writing campaign, informational booths, and Eyes Wide Open exhibit will be available throughout the day.

Candlelight Vigil

Support our troops by demanding a political solution to the war in Iraq and call for the president to bring our troops home!

Bring candles or flashlights and join us on the corner of Washington and Demers as we stand in unity with citizens throughout the world in observance of the anniversary.
